2. System Overview
GZM-200L explosion-proof liquid upper type liquid quantitative filling scale adopts liquid surface filling method, which is suitable for filling a variety of foam free liquid materials. The uniquely designed filling head device is easy to operate, with fast and accurate filling; And ensure to the greatest extent possible the leakage of residual liquid upon completion of infusion. When operating, the operator only needs to simply align the barrel mouth directly below the filling head, press the [Start] button on the handle, and the filling head will automatically insert into the barrel, and the empty barrel will be automatically peeled. Then open the filling valve and accurately fill at two speeds; After the filling is completed, the filling head automatically lifts to the outside of the bucket, the drip tray automatically connects to the bottom of the spray gun, and the bucket is manually pushed out of the weighing table by rotating the cover to complete the process.

6. Workflow
A. The operator moves the empty barrel to the weighing platform, so that the filling gun head is directly above the barrel mouth;
B. The operator presses the [Start] button;
C. The filling head is automatically inserted into the barrel and the weight of the container is checked to be qualified. The tare weight is automatically removed, and the ball valve and the bottom valve of the gun head are opened for quick filling. When the weight reaches a small material value, the filling speed decreases. When the weight reaches the target amount and reduces the advance amount, the two valves are fully closed. The filling head automatically lifts the gun out of the barrel, and the anti drip tray receives the liquid. Error detection and display are performed;
D. The operator moves the heavy bucket out of the weighing platform and turns the lid. A filling process is completed;
E. Repeat steps A-D for continuous filling.
