1.2 Action process of column stacker crane:


(1) Pressing and shaping: The product is transported through the vibration of a square roller, and the upper part is pressed with a packaging device to compact the bag, making the packaging bag more flat and the stacking shape neat and beautiful; At the same time, the shaping conveyor can widen the product to a certain distance, facilitating photoelectric detection and subsequent stacking;

(2) After the bag is shaped, it enters the grabbing conveyor and is transported to the designated grabbing position. When the photoelectric sensor receives a signal, the conveyor stops working and cooperates with the palletizing machine for stacking. Ensure safe and convenient gripping of the stacker crane, and reduce noise.

(3) The photoelectric sensor simultaneously transmits the signal to the stacker crane, which starts to move. The gripper moves to the gripping position, and the gripping cylinder moves to pick up the bag;

(4) The robot rotates to the tray area and stacks according to the pre-set stacking shape.
